Junior Asset Manager (m/f/d) International Real Estate Portfolio

In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:

• Relevant qualification in the property sector, e.g. training as a property specialist, business studies or comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in property asset management
• Additional experience in transactions and/or property management would be an advantage
• Focus on office and retail is an advantage
• Independent working style characterised by an entrepreneurial approach
• High level of social skills and enjoy working in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Liquidity planning, target/actual comparisons and reporting for an international property portfolio
• Support in the creation of business plans
• Management of external service providers
• Support with strategic and operational property management
• Support in the management of remodelling and maintenance measures
• A highly interesting and varied area of responsibility with plenty of room for manoeuvre
• Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes in a dynamic team
