Junior Community Manager (all genders)

Highsnobiety is looking for a Junior Social Media Community Manager to support our in-house agency across client social channels.

You’ll help manage communities, write sharp social copy, track performance, and stay on top of the trends shaping fashion, youth culture, and lifestyle.

What You’ll Do

• You monitor and engage with audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook,
• Support content calendars and publishing,
• Collaborate with clients, and
• Contribute to reporting.

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years in social or community management,
• Fluency in English, including idiomatic and cultural nuance,
• A deep love for social media and pop culture,
• Strong copywriting skills in English, and a proactive, organized mindset.
• Bonus points for experience with tools like Sprout, Asana, or Adobe.
