Qualifications

• Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, construction technician (or equivalent).
• Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in construction management.
• Structured working style.
• Ability to work in a team, confident manner and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and commitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, cost estimation and billing programs such as iTWO or AVA‑NOVA; familiarity with Planradar is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring construction projects together with a senior site manager.
• Assisting in the preparation of schedules and obtaining quotes.
• Assisting in the awarding of construction contracts.
• Participating in the billing and cost control of construction projects.
• Defect tracking.
• Ongoing coordination with clients, contractors and their representatives.
