Your role

Analyzing numbers is something anyone can do. You’re looking for more: shaping processes, introducing BI tools, and truly influencing decisions. You’ll work closely with the management team, leverage BI and AI tools where they add real value, and help shape a modern approach to finance.No rigid corporate environment. Your mission

• You plan and manage our liquidity, cash flow, and monthly results — and understand what the numbers really mean
• You lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, and support monthly and annual closing processes
• You take ownership of commercial project controlling for implementation and customer projects
• You build KPIs that truly drive the business — and act as a sparring partner for leadership and management
• You actively develop and implement finance processes — from idea to execution
• You drive the use of BI, ERP, and AI tools within the finance function
• You also support day-to-day operations — including invoicing and preparing accounting

Your profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 3 years of experience in controlling or finance
• You haven’t just worked within processes — you’ve actively shaped and implemented them
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), AI applications, and strong Excel skills; knowledge of DATEV is a plus
• Strong affinity for digital tools and automation — you question existing processes and continuously improve them
• A self-driven, structured way of working combined with a communicative, hands‑on mindset
• Solid understanding of business models in SaaS and project environments, as well as finance processes in growing tech companies
• Experience in a dynamic environment — startup, scale‑up, or tech‑driven company — and an understanding of what that entails
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
