Our Customer Relationship Management department is looking for a Junior CRM Manager (all genders) to take ownership of planning, designing, analyzing, and optimizing our automated CRM campaigns. Your Role

• You execute and optimize end-to-end automated lifecycle email and push notification campaigns within SAP Engagement Cloud, with the goal of increasing retention and CLV across all active markets, with a strong focus on the DACH region.
• You manage targeting and segmentation, creating and optimizing customer segments to ensure relevant communication.
• You analyze the performance of our CRM activities and derive actionable recommendations for improvement.
• You work on projects aimed at increasing our level of personalization, including the setup and evaluation of A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
• You collaborate closely with Commercial, Data and International teams in a cross‑functional setup.

Your Profile

• First hands‑on experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing is a plus (internships or working student roles count).
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong analytical mindset with an affinity for numbers and performance‑driven thinking.
• Confident communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders independently.
• Curious, open‑minded, proactive and motivated to grow in a data‑driven CRM environment.
