Overview

Redstone Search Group, a 15+ year established Executive Search Firm specialising across the global Corporate & Investment Banking industry, works with a diverse client base including Corporate, Investment and Merchant Banks, Hedge Funds and other Financial Services providers. Redstone Executive Banking Search supports a Swiss privately-owned specialised investment boutique in the search for a Junior Structured Products Sales professional to join their growing team in Zurich. This role is an excellent opportunity for a junior markets professional to develop their career within structured products sales, working closely with senior sales, structuring and trading teams to deliver investment solutions to institutional and professional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in the distribution of structured products and cross-asset investment solutions.
• Assist in preparing client pitches, product ideas and trade proposals.
• Work closely with structuring, trading and risk teams to help deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with Swiss-based professional investors, including asset managers and banks.
• Monitor market developments and contribute investment ideas and trade opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day support on product execution, pricing requests and client enquiries.

Candidate Profile

• Swiss German speaker (essential requirement).
• Internship or up to 1–2 years’ experience in Structured Products, Derivatives, Sales, Trading or Financial Markets.
• Strong interest in structured products and derivatives-based investment solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced markets environment.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to develop a career in Structured Products Sales.
