Be the first point of contact for our clients and support them in using our VAT solutions
Help onboard new customers and ensure they understand our processes
Support with account management, issue resolution, and customer queries
Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth client experience
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
First experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus
Strong communication skills in German & English (other languages are a plus, but not required)
Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or tax technology
Structured way of working and a proactive problem-solving attitude
Team player with motivation to grow in a scale-up environment
An international, supportive team with flat hierarchies
Hybrid working model (office in Berlin + flexibility to work remotely)
