Junior Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager Munich (hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 from home) Circa €60k

A scaling DTC FMCG brand is hiring into their performance team in Munich.

This is a hands-on acquisition role with scope. You’ll work directly with a senior performance lead (and learn a lot fast), with exposure across a wide channel mix and multiple markets. If you’ve got a strong base in one paid channel and want to step up into broader ownership, this is a great move.

What you’ll be doing Owning part of the paid performance mix day to day, and supporting wider strategy across channels Working closely with in-house specialists (paid social, paid search, native + more) to keep performance moving forward Using data to spot what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next (creative angles, audiences, budgets, landing pages, product focus) Helping shape how new markets are launched (e.g. taking a market live, aligning product selection, briefs, localisation, and making sure it lands) Supporting growth beyond the “top sellers” — bringing more focus to the wider range and finding what can scale

What they’re looking for Strong hands-on experience in

paid acquisition

(you don’t need to have done everything, but you need to be confident in at least one key channel) Commercial mindset: you understand performance, unit economics, and the knock-on impact of spend decisions Data-led, curious, and proactive — you enjoy testing, learning, and improving fast Comfortable working in a lean setup where priorities move quickly Experience in DTC / eCommerce is ideal (agency-side can work too if you’re ready for the switch) German + English (business level)
