Junior Display & Paid Social Manager - 1 Year Fix Term Contract (All Genders)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Paid Social & Display Manager to join our digital marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their digital marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop hands‑on experience in paid social and display advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the set‑up, management and optimisation of paid social and display campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis
• Help test new audiences, creatives, formats and platforms
• Assist with budget pacing and performance tracking
• Work closely with creative, analytics and growth teams
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and best practices
• Contribute ideas and proactively suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Strong motivation and a growth mindset – eager to learn and improve continuously
• Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing and advertising platforms
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers and data
• Structured, detail‑oriented and well‑organised working style
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownershipGood communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

Nice to have

• First experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or DV360
• Basic understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.)
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and basic data analysis

Location & Working Arrangement

Headquartered in Munich, with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wrocław, London and Vienna. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending approximately 60 % of your time in the office and 40 % at home, with an option to work 20 days abroad in approved countries.
