The Team

As part of our Communications and Employer Branding team, you'll play a central role in how we attract and inspire talent. You'll shape the employer brand of E.ON Digital Technology through creative HR marketing campaigns and memorable events, from career fairs and community meetups to tech conferences. Your work will bring our people, culture, and mission to life – making us visible and tangible for future talent, employees, and the tech community as we drive towards a digital, sustainable energy future.

Your Role

  • Implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with E.ON Digital Technology's overall goals, values, and business objectives
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employer branding and recruiting events – from tech and career fairs and conferences to campus events and meetups
  • Build and continuously expand strategic partnerships with universities, business schools, and research institutes to strengthen our employer brand presence and attract top tech talent
  • Activate and evolve our employer value proposition (EVP) to communicate a compelling, authentic, and differentiated message to current and prospective employees
  • Ensure consistency in employer brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels, maintaining a unified brand voice
  • Drive the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including the company website, social media, career pages, and recruitment materials

Your Profile

  • You are a dynamic and creative individual who can effectively position E.ON Digital Technology as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Initial hands‑on experience in employer branding, with a proven focus on creating and implementing successful employer branding strategies
  • Strong understanding of current market trends and best practices in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft and convey a compelling employer brand story across diverse audiences
  • Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing projects end‑to‑end, from conception through execution
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to represent E.ON Digital Technology at events, conferences, and partner institutions
