Employer Branding Manager (Junior) – E.ON Digital Technology

We play a key role in shaping the energy transition by leading E.ON's digital transformation across Europe. Contract Duration: 24 months.

The Role

  • Implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with E.ON Digital Technology's overall goals, values, and business objectives
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employer branding and recruiting events – from tech and career fairs, conferences, to campus events and meetups
  • Build and continuously expand strategic partnerships with universities, business schools, and research institutes to strengthen our employer brand presence and attract top tech talent
  • Activate and evolve our employer value proposition (EVP) to communicate a compelling, authentic, and differentiated message to current and prospective employees
  • Ensure consistency in employer brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels, maintaining a unified brand voice
  • Drive the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including the company website, social media, career pages, and recruitment materials

Qualifications

  • You are a dynamic and creative individual who can effectively position E.ON Digital Technology as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Initial hands‑on experience in employer branding, with a proven focus on creating and implementing successful employer branding strategies
  • Strong understanding of current market trends and best practices in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft and convey a compelling employer brand story across diverse audiences
  • Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing projects end‑to‑end, from conception through execution
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to represent E.ON Digital Technology at events, conferences, and partner institutions
