Junior Engineer - System Architect (f/m/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Drive the design, development, and validation of automotive lighting system solutions in compliance with technical standards and IATF 16949.
Create and own technical documentation and specifications, ensuring robust and manufacturable product solutions.
Act as system‑level interface between mechanical, electrical, optical, and thermal disciplines to ensure holistic design integration.
Manage supplier relationships and translate customer requirements into technical system concepts in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Structure and execute work packages aligned with project objectives and business targets, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and deliverables.
Contribute to innovation initiatives, technology scouting, and IP generation while strengthening cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Occasional business travel to conferences, fairs, workshops and customers.

You are hands‑on and driven by curiosity and technical depth.
You absorb new information rapidly and structure it independently.
You are comfortable diving into complex physical domains – optical, thermal, electrical, mechanical – and understanding how they interact.
You think analytically and work from first principles when needed.
You are able to overlay and structure diverse requirements to form a coherent system concept.
You likely hold a strong academic background in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
