Our Business Solutions team is looking for a Junior ERP consultant for our ERP called Odoo and more specifically for the development of the Odoo Smartcamp solution in France.

In addition to the "tailor-made project mode" solution, Camptocamp offers Odoo Smartcamp, a packaged solution tailored to your needs, aimed at start-ups & VSEs or retailers looking for an online checkout and appointment scheduling system.

Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official Odoo "Gold" partner and is strongly involved in the community of this solution, in particular through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers involved in the community. Your day as a Junior ERP consultant for Odoo Smartcamp

“As a Junior ERP Consultant, you’ll join a passionate team to gain hands-on experience on real-world projects. You won't be alone: you will guide our clients to discover how Odoo can boost their business. Your goal? To understand their challenges, help design smart solutions, and see the direct impact of your work. It’s the ideal opportunity to develop both your technical and soft skills within a supportive environment.”

Your daily missions:

• Immersion & Analysis: You participate in workshops to understand client needs (Sales, eCommerce, Finance, Logistics...) and learn how to translate them into functional solutions within the ERP.
• Configuration & Testing: You help configure the solution and test features to ensure everything works perfectly before presenting it to the client.
• Technical Collaboration: You work closely with our developers. You write clear specifications so they can create custom solutions when needed.
• Client Support & Training: You help users master their new tool through training sessions and educational materials. You facilitate software adoption among the teams.
• Proactive Approach: With your fresh perspective, you don’t hesitate to ask questions and suggest improvements to offer the simplest and most efficient solution.
• And after the launch? You remain a key point of contact! You provide ongoing support, listen to evolving client needs, and help them grow their tool over time.

Your profile

Your essential skills for success in this role

• You have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree (BTS) in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems, or hold an equivalent qualification..
• You have prior experience in accounting or financial planning and analysis, and you are looking for a first job to apply your academic knowledge in the real world.
• You have a strong passion for digital technology. Previous exposure to ERPs (ideally Odoo) through courses, school projects, or internships is a big plus, but your motivation to learn matters most.
• You have a good general understanding of accounting principles and/or financial business processes (planning, budgeting, and forecasting).
• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English (written and spoken) to thrive in our international environment.
• You are comfortable communicating, you practice active listening, and you are eager to learn how to lead professional meetings.
• You are organized and rigorous, capable of effectively balancing your company priorities with your academic schedule.
• You enjoy working in a multicultural atmosphere. You are supportive, and you don’t hesitate to ask for help or offer it when you can.
• You have a valid work permit for France.

Location: Chambéry with the possibility of working from home part of the time.

Workload: We are flexible and you can choose between 80% and 100%.
