(Junior) Global Mobility Manager (m/f/d)

Our Global Mobility & Relocation Team serves as the central point of contact for all international relocations. The team supports new colleagues throughout their move to Germany — from initial planning to successful on‑site integration — ensuring that all immigration and employment‑related processes are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong employee focus.

As a (Junior) Global Mobility Manager (m/f/d) , you will support our international employees throughout their relocation to Germany and guide them through every stage of the process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and play a key role in helping our colleagues settle quickly into their new professional and personal environment. With your strong organizational skills and service‑oriented mindset, you ensure a smooth and positive relocation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization, and execution of end‑to‑end relocation processes for international employees
• Coordinate visa applications, residence permits, and work authorizations in close collaboration with authorities and external service providers
• Manage and coordinate external relocation partners (including EoR providers) to ensure efficient global mobility processes
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to immigration and international employment
• Advise employees and internal stakeholders on relocation, immigration, and international remote work topics
• Provide relevant information and resources to support employees’ cultural integration at their new location

Requirements

• Completed university degree or commercial apprenticeship, ideally with an HR‑related focus
• Initial professional experience in an HR environment, preferably within Global Mobility
• Strong interest in international collaboration and intercultural topics
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a service‑oriented mindset
• Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style with a hands‑on mentality and motivation for continuous personal development
