Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Customers include almost all automobile manufacturers in Europe, North & South America, Asia and Africa. Your tasks

• Consulting and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related matters
• Collaborating on the development and implementation of personnel development measures and training programs
• Supporting the implementation of recruitment processes, including job advertisements, applicant management and interviews
• Collaborating on the planning and implementation of HR projects, e.g. on employee retention and satisfaction
• Personnel administration and organization (e.g. preparation of employment contracts, references, etc.)
• Participating in the continuous optimization and further development of HR processes and tools

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed bachelor's and master's degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field with a focus on human resources management
• Experience abroad is ideal, preferably through internships or semesters abroad
• Initial professional experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• Excellent communication and consulting skills and a confident manner
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy interacting with people
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
