(Junior) HR Specialist (f/m/x) - Fixed Term

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You are responsible for the efficient and service-oriented execution of operational HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
• You handle service requests from managers and employees regarding changes in employment relationships, such as absence or time management topics
• You prepare and administer HR documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and references
• You act as a sparring partner for HR Business Partners and managers on operational HR topics and provide practical solutions
• You maintain and ensure the quality of data in our HR system and collaborate closely with external partners to ensure accurate payroll processing
• You contribute to the standardization and digitalization of HR processes and take responsibility for sub-projects within HR Operations
• You create HR reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal HR guidelines

Your Skills

• You hold a vocational qualification or a degree in business administration, human resources, organizational psychology, or a comparable field
• You have gained initial relevant experience in a generalist HR role
• You have knowledge of HR laws and regulationsYou work in a structured and well-organized manner
• You communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders
• You handle differing perspectives constructively and find solution-oriented approaches
• You take ownership of topics and bring a hands-on, implementation-driven mindset
• You are fluent in the local language and have a good command of English
