Junior Inside Sales & Export Support

For our Hygiene division , preferably located in Niederaula-Kleba , we are looking for a part-time (24‑32 h/week) position.

Role Overview

As a Junior Inside Sales & Export Support, you coordinate international B2B orders and export documentation. You ensure smooth processes and act as a reliable contact for existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Processing international B2B orders in ERP systems from order entry to invoicing, including intercompany orders.
• Coordinating deliveries with warehouses, carriers, customs, and internal teams to ensure on‑time shipment.
• Preparing and managing export documentation and related requirements.
• Acting as the main contact for international customers, handling inquiries on pricing, availability, lead times, and claims.
• Maintaining customer master data and providing administrative and sales support.
• Supporting debtor follow‑up, reporting, and KPI tracking using Excel and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Background in Customer Care, Inside Sales, or Export Support with knowledge of supply chain and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Confident user of Excel and basic data analysis tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• A proactive, resilient, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
• Open‑minded and comfortable working in a matrix organization.
• Driver’s license and willingness for occasional business travel.
