(Junior) Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

You want to actively sell, take responsibility for your own sales territory, and at the same time be part of a stable, professional sales environment? Then this position with the following core tasks is perfect for you:

  • Independent management and development of an assigned sales territory
  • Active acquisition of new B2B customers via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Qualification of leads and identification of new business opportunities
  • Building sustainable customer relationships and continuously developing the sales pipeline
  • Close collaboration with field sales, partners, and marketing
  • Maintenance and structured use of the CRM system
  • Participation in sales initiatives, campaigns, and market development

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, university degree, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in sales, inside sales, customer consulting, or account management
  • Enjoyment of active communication and engaging with customers
  • Structured, independent way of working with a strong focus on closing deals
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B dynamics
  • Affinity for IT and confident use of digital tools
  • Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
