Junior IT-Systemadministrator (m/f/x) IT Administration Frankfurt

Together with the IT-team, you will work on maintaining and further developing our IT environment:

• First- and second-level support via a ticket system
• Support for Windows 11 clients and Windows servers
• Collaboration in the central management of end devices (clients)

Support with:

• Patch and update management
• Client management with Microsoft Intune
• Software rollouts and simple packaging
• Collaboration on IT security with Microsoft 365 E5 features (e.g., device protection, policies)
• Documentation of solutions and IT processes
• Collaboration in an international IT environment

Your profile

• Completed IT-training, degree, or comparable practical experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows environments is an advantage
• Interest in modern IT, client management, and security issues
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and service orientation
• Good written and spoken English skills (essential)
