Junior Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management (f/m/d)

To support our Influencer Relations team we are searching for a Junior Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the global Talents Team on daily business across all categories: Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Life
• Establish own relationships with relevant contacts, such as agencies, talents, stylists, photographers etc.
• Research emerging talents
• Create talent proposals for brand partnerships
• Events support incl. guestlist creation, facebook, logistics, dressing
• In charge of sample management for both gifted and loaned product
• Conduct weekly and monthly reportings

WHO YOU ARE

• High affinity and passion for luxury fashion, influencers and Social Media landscape
• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury fashion, preferably in influencer relations
• Excellent communication skills and an open and positive attitude
• You are team-oriented, well-structured and you can work concentrated under time pressure
• You organize your tasks with care and you are an independent and responsible person
• You have a creative mind-set and enjoy coming up with new ideas/concepts
• Very good English knowledge both verbally and in writing
