Junior Manager (m/w/d) Business Development - Focus on Pricing

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
• Analyze market, competitor, and customer data to identify pricing opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Product Management teams to align pricing initiatives
• Work closely with regional teams to support and implement pricing strategies
• Conduct pricing analyses and simulations
• Create and maintain tools and dashboards for performance tracking and reporting
• Prepare insights and presentation for senior management decision-making

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• First professional experience in Business Development, Pricing, or a related area is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience handling large data sets
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent in both English and German, spoken and written
