Junior Manager Photography Global E-Commerce

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented Content Manager to drive product and on-model content production across the Performance Business Units.

YOUR MISSION

• Plan and manage the product and on-model content production for PUMA's Performance Business Units and work closely with external vendors.
• Own the end-to-end image approval process, acting as the main point of contact for Product Line Managers and drive content readiness.
• Evolve PUMA's visual language in collaboration with our Art Direction, translate consumer insights into visual standards and brief external vendors with clear art direction.
• Analyze visual performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive data-informed improvements.
• Drive process automation and enhance e-commerce tools (e.g. approval toolboxes, Jira) to enable efficient, largely automated workflows.

YOUR TALENT

• 4+ years of experience in an e-commerce content environment, ideally within a fast-moving, consumer-driven setup.
• Passion for sport with a strong understanding of fashion, styling, and visual presentation.
• Openness towards new technologies (e.g. AI).
• Data-driven mindset with confidence in working with costs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Highly organised self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator with excellent English skills and agile team player.
