Junior Manager R&D Controlling (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources.
• Align the sender and receiver view of OPEX and document deviations in a structured database.
• Support stakeholders with ad-hoc reports (e.g., FTE cost), ensuring alignment with their organizational structures.
• Align legal and management reporting views and simplify processes whenever possible.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track OPEX KPIs, sender- receiver view for Regulatory cost.
• Provide regular insights on trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across the organization.
• Prepare clear, insightful reports for the R&D Head, Regulatory Head, and Project Management.
• Support R&D Controlling Graz and the Project Management team in planning and reporting for Life‑Cycle Management.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a controller or in a similar financial role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience collaborating in multinational and multicultural environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Business‑fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and take on challenges
