Junior Online Marketing Manager - Affiliate Marketing (f/m/d)

To support our Performance Marketing team we are searching for a Junior Online Marketing Manager - Affiliate Marketing (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Management: Help coordinate, optimize, and evaluate the performance of global affiliate and influencer partnerships.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign and promotion performance and monitor market trends to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Network Oversight: Manage affiliate network relationships, including program maintenance and creative asset updates.
• Growth & Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and develop new high-potential publishers and influencers across 10+ international markets (US, EU, UK, and APAC).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a vital member of the Performance Marketing team, syncing with other internal departments to meet broader business goals.

Who You Are

• Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Expertise: Understanding of Affiliate Marketing; prior experience in Performance Marketing is highly preferred.
• Technical Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with social media platforms and e-commerce trends.
• Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages like Chinese, Arabic, or French are a bonus) with the ability to represent the brand professionally to external partners.
• Soft Skills: A proactive, reliable team player who values confidentiality and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
