Junior PR Account Executive - Berlin

As an Account Executive at Redgert Comms, you will support and execute PR projects for corporate clients across finance, AI and other tech-driven industries. Working closely with our Berlin team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic communication initiatives with a strong focus on media relations and corporate storytelling.

Redgert Comms is a full-service communications agency founded in Stockholm, with offices in New York, London, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Berlin. Originally established as a PR agency in 2017, we have grown together with our clients and expanded our expertise across strategic communications, events and brand positioning. Our clients include leading global brands such as Coca-Cola, Spotify and Klarna.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of PR strategies for corporate clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and relevant media contacts
• Drafting press releases, Q&A documents and other press materials
• Proactively identifying compelling and newsworthy story angles
• Monitoring media coverage and identifying opportunities for client visibility
• Supporting campaign planning and ensuring high-quality project delivery

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to take ownership, with a strong interest in business, media and corporate communications.

• You enjoy taking responsibility and are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone
• You have strong writing skills and a confident sense of tone and storytelling
• You have gained initial experience in a PR agency or in-house communications team (a plus)
• You actively consume both business and general news media
• You have worked or want to work in an international environment. You are comfortable interacting in English at professional level (both written and spoken) and you are fluent in German (both written and spoken)
• You have strong networking skills and enjoy building professional relationships
• You are creative while keeping strategic objectives in mind
• You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
