Junior Product Manager (f/m/x) Clinical Flow Cytometry (Antibodies & Data Analysis)

Your responsibilities

  • Become subject matter expert for our antibody portfolio and data analysis software
  • Take up the responsibility for customer support requests on the assigned products – antibody usage and data analysis
  • Continuously observe the market and collect customer needs and use this information to further improve our antibody and data analysis portfolio.
  • Independently perform and document tests as part of our QM system of Sysmex clinical Flow Cytometry products
  • Develop and conduct product and application training courses and demonstrations with the focus on panel design and data interpretation
  • Collaborate closely with the members of the EMEA cFCM Marketing team, other Sysmex Europe SE departments and with colleagues in the Sysmex country organisations
  • Support generation of product‑related communication
  • Available to work on site for up to 5 days per week if needed for lab‑associated tasks.
  • Willingness to travel (5 - 10%) within the EMEA region

Your profile

  • At least 2 years hands‑on experience in clinical Flow Cytometry including data analysis
  • Demonstrate affinity to IT / AI technology trends in Flow Cytometry
  • A wide knowledge and deep understanding of clinically relevant Flow Cytometry panels
  • Degree in medicine, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, medical technology or related field
  • Experience in product management in the medical‑technical field is advantageous
  • Experience in planning experiments and setting up technical documents
  • Excellent English writing, communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, medical and diagnostic issues into comprehensive language and illustrations
  • Knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills and a structured workstyle
  • Creative team player with a hands‑on mindset
