Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the Solino system
• Supervision of the product in close collaboration with various departments (Sales, Hardware & Software Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Handle customer inquiries: Collect, analyze and prioritize incoming product and solution requests
• Build customer relationships: Identify and develop new contacts and partnerships
• Strategic product development: Contribute to the roadmap and product strategy
• Market and competitor analysis: Monitor industry trends and derive actionable recommendations
• Global product positioning & launches: Support the market introduction of new features in hardware and software; participate in global trade fairs and customer meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Physics, Engineering, Optics, Life Sciences, Computer Science or a related field
• Professional experience in product management or a comparable role, ideally within optical systems, lab equipment, medical technology or similar products
• Strong understanding of hardware and software integration in complex technical products with focus on artificial intelligence
• Customer‑oriented mindset paired with structured and strategic approach to work
• Global willingness to travel of around 20%
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
