Your Role

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates: from taking job briefings to delivering interview feedback
• Use a variety of business development techniques to identify and approach new clients with tailored recruitment solutions
• Identify and qualify candidates to present to clients across the DACH region
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist vertical market
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and support team goals
• Work within established sectors such as Industrial Automation and Machinery Automation, while also identifying new market opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English speaker (essential - our Cologne office operates in English)
• German language skills are a plus, but not essential
• Must have the right to work in Germany (we cannot provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens)
• Based in Cologne or planning to relocate (within 40 minutes of Apostel-Viertel)
• Strong communicator with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
• Ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
