Junior Recruiter

About the Role (GERMAN SPEAKER)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our onsite team in Munich. In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with hiring managers across the automotive and IT/tech sectors.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage
• Identify and attract talent through job boards, social media, and active headhunting
• Screen and analyse CVs to assess candidate fit
• Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or onsite)
• Coordinate interview bookings and follow-up communications
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our recruitment systems

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in German (required) and English
• Interest or prior exposure to the automotive or IT/tech industry
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys engaging with people and building professional relationships
