As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from winning new clients to sourcing and placing top SaaS talent.
The role has two key focus areas:
You will learn how to map markets, identify decision-makers, and approach prospective clients. Building long-term, trusted relationships will be central to your success.
You will build and nurture a network within the SaaS space. You’ll be trained to assess both technical capability and cultural fit, while guiding candidates professionally through the interview process.
You will receive hands‑on training and direct mentorship from the company owner, who brings over 10 years of specialist experience in tech and SaaS recruitment.
