Junior Sales Manager - Aviation Communication & Navigation Systems

€50,000 - €60,000 + 10-20% Bonus + 30 Days Holiday + Training + Long-Term Progression

Are you looking to develop your career in technical sales within the aviation industry? Do you have 1-2 years of experience selling electrical, electronics, or aviation-related products?

I am currently representing an established aviation technology manufacturer founded over 70 years ago, supplying communication, navigation, surveillance, and search & rescue systems for airborne and ground applications. With over €15 million in turnover and more than 150 active clients ranging from SMEs to major aerospace manufacturers, they are now expanding their sales team due to continued growth.

In this role, you will support business development across Germany, France and other areas of Europe, focusing on office-based sales activities including cold acquisition and warm account management. You will receive full product and efficiency training, with the opportunity to progress into a Sales Engineer position as you develop technically and commercially.

You will be joining a flexible, exciting SME environment with international exposure, clear progression, and the opportunity to work with major names in the aviation industry.

The Role:

• Business development across European markets
• Cold acquisition and warm account management
• Office-based sales (Monday-Friday)
• Supporting international customers
• Working closely with internal engineering teams

The Candidate:

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (electrical, electronics, or aviation)
• Fluent in German and English
• Motivated to develop into a more technical Sales Engineer role
• Based in or commutable to Baden-Baden
