Responsibilities

• You analyze sales partner structures and support the creation and maintenance of overviews related to partners, interfaces (APIs), and billing models.
• You contribute to projects and, after your onboarding phase, take ownership of your own work packages or sub‑projects in collaboration with business departments and IT.
• You support the functional management of partner‑related data and interfaces (e.g. billing data, service records, transaction lists, data formats).
• You support the onboarding of new sales partners from conceptual preparation through to implementation, developing a strong understanding of technical interdependencies along the way.
• You act as an interface between our internal teams and the technical contacts of our sales partners and learn how to translate requirements in a structured and clear manner.

Qualifications

• You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, a technical field of study, or a comparable discipline.
• You have a strong ability to quickly grasp concepts and enjoy understanding complex technical and data‑driven processes.
• You have a strong technical interest; first touchpoints with systems, data models, or ERP solutions (e.g. SAP) are an advantage but not a requirement.
• You are interested in project management, organization, and structured ways of working; initial experience from your studies, internships, or projects is welcome.
• You communicate clearly and appropriately for your audience and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
• You show initiative, a willingness to learn, and a strong motivation to take on responsibility and actively help shape processes.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
