(Junior) Supplier Brand Activation Manager (f/m/x) - limited to 18 months

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand activation strategies that enhance consumer engagement and strengthen brand visibility across the omni‑channel journey.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of the annual marketing plan, ensuring full alignment with business objectives and overall brand strategy.
  • Identify and drive new opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential marketing, further expanding brand reach and impact.
  • Define, track, and take ownership of KPIs, continuously measuring effectiveness and driving performance optimization. Deliver regular reporting and in-depth analysis of campaign performance across channels, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (CRM, Social Media, Trade Marketing and others) to deliver integrated and consistent brand communication.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor activations and campaigns across channels and markets, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create and adapt brand materials in close collaboration with brand and creative teams to guarantee excellence in brand expression. Ensure consistent brand messaging at every consumer touchpoint, reinforcing the brand’s positioning and long‑term equity.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3 years of experience in brand activation, brand management, or omni‑channel/channel marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing plan development and KPI management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully lead multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
  • High level of resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with negotiation talent, diplomacy, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Confidence and assertiveness in driving projects forward while fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Creative mindset with problem‑solving abilities and a passion for delivering unique brand experiences.
