Junior Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d)

The Junior Supply Chain Coordinator will support end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and data accuracy across procurement, logistics, and warehouse processes.

Your role as a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d)

• Supporting the Supply Chain Manager during the order, receipt, and billing process
• Create Purchase Orders in the ERP system, share with vendors, and follow up on production and delivery progress on a weekly basis with the factories
• Ensure proactive and clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding order status, risks, and opportunities
• Close collaboration with Sourcing Manager and Demand Planning Manager to plan shipments and track the open orders to ensure receiving the shipping items on time in full
• Close collaboration with the warehouse team regarding coming deliveries to plan accordingly
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy between the system and the deliveries
• Follow up on the commercial invoices to ensure they fully match the deliveries
• ASN and IBS processes tracking
• Report and resolve any discrepancies in received orders
• Monitor regularly vendor performance (on-time delivery, ASN - delivery accuracy, lead-time, financial accuracy)

• Du unterstützt den Supply Chain Manager bei der Auftragsabwicklung, dem Wareneingang und der Rechnungsstellung.
• Du erstellst Bestellungen im ERP-System, leitest diese an Lieferanten weiter und verfolgst wöchentlich den Produktions- und Lieferfortschritt mit den Fabriken nach.
• Du stellst eine proaktive und klare Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern hinsichtlich Auftragsstatus, Risiken und Chancen sicher.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sourcing Manager und dem Demand Planning Manager zusammen, um Lieferungen zu planen und offene Bestellungen nachzuverfolgen, damit Lieferungen pünktlich und vollständig eingehen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Lagerteam in Bezug auf anstehende Lieferungen zusammen, um eine optimale Planung sicherzustellen.
• Du stellst die Datenintegrität und -genauigkeit zwischen dem System und den Lieferungen sicher.
• Du verfolgst Handelsrechnungen nach, um sicherzustellen, dass sie vollständig mit den Lieferungen übereinstimmen.
• Du überwachst und verfolgst ASN- und IBS-Prozesse.
• Du meldest und behebst etwaige Unstimmigkeiten bei eingegangenen Bestellungen.
• Du überwachst regelmäßig die Leistung der Lieferanten, insbesondere in Bezug auf Liefertreue, ASN-/Liefergenauigkeit, Vorlaufzeit und finanzielle Genauigkeit.

Your strengths that we need in our team

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related fields
• First experience in a similar position is a plus (nice to have/not mandatory)
• Proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written; Turkish is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Analytical thinking

• Excellent communicator
