As a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager at Westwing, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, elevating hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience. In this hands‑on and impact‑driven role, you will balance full‑cycle recruiting with creative employer branding initiatives that contribute to our vision of becoming the Superbrand in Design. You will directly influence our ability to attract and hire outstanding talent by showcasing our unique culture and ensuring a premium brand presence in the talent market. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across People & Culture and various business functions, acting with ownership, pace, and a strong customer mindset to ensure a seamless, best‑in‑class recruiting journey. This position is limited to 1 year and based in Munich.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment across departments, ensuring a fast, smooth, and best‑in‑class candidate experience
  • Review and process applications, manage the candidate pipeline, and conduct interviews while coordinating the end‑to‑end process, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback collection
  • Activate and evolve our employer branding presence across channels with compelling content and data‑driven improvements to raise the talent bar and improve funnel quality
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements, leveraging GenAI to make recruiting workflows more efficient, structured, and scalable while enhancing documentation and process hygiene

What You Bring

  • First experience in recruiting paired with a strong interest in People & Culture, especially Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding trends
  • A hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset, thriving in fast‑moving environments, owning your results, and maintaining high quality even at scale
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging approach toward candidates and hiring managers; fluency in English, German is a strong plus
  • A structured, detail‑oriented working style with the ability to keep processes clean, organised, and scalable
  • Curiosity for data, tools, and process improvements, including the use of AI, paired with openness to testing new ideas, acting fast, and contributing fresh perspectives
