Junior Tender Manager

Abdi Farma is a wholly owned subsidiary of Turkish pharma industry leader Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals and was established as the marketing authorization holder of all Abdi Ibrahim products aimed at European markets. As of January 2022, Abdi Farma has entered the second phase of its expansion and organically branching out its operation by opening its first subsidiary - Abdi Farma GmbH in Germany followed by Abdi Farma Srl, Italy. About Position

Junior Tender Manager is responsible for analytical and operational support for offer preparation, tender management, and portfolio activities within the pharmaceutical business. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate pricing, efficient tender execution, and high-quality data management, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall commercial success.

Job Description

• Conduct offer calculations and prepare complete quotation documents.
• Manage and support health insurance tenders and rebate contracts for the prescription-based generic product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Demand & Supply Chain Management, and Finance departments.
• Maintain and further develop relevant databases.
• Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to GX strategy development and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Support the optimization of internal processes, tools, overviews, and analyses.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Economics, Life Sciences, or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
• Strong to advanced skills in MS Excel and solid knowledge of all other MS Office applications.
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in executing health insurance tenders.
• Strong affinity for numbers, with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Highly structured, independent, and responsible working style.
• Very high level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Hands‑on mentality, strong willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and enjoyment of teamwork.
