Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for managing key neurological accounts, ensuring that relevant and up-to-date information about Bial’s products is effectively communicated to healthcare professionals (HCPs). In line with local legal requirements and the applicable code of ethics and conduct, you will develop and implement tailored solutions to address the specific challenges of our customers within the framework of our strategic account management approach.

The Impact You’ll Make

Conduct peer-level discussions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in hospitals and private practices, presenting Bial’s products in accordance with the company's defined strategies and objectives;
Develop and implement initiatives that contribute to achieving established goals and KPIs, collaborating closely with all cross-functional team members;
Independently organize educational events and support neurologists at regional, national, and international congresses;
Develop and implement tailored strategies and solutions to ensure the growth of your region, while strictly adhering to local compliance programs;
Collaborate with various internal departments on joint projects, acting as a key point of contact between functions;
Conduct sales calls both face-to-face and digitally, providing customized materials and product messages tailored to customer needs;
Work closely with team members, including marketing, medical, and clinical departments, to ensure that as many patients as possible benefit from our products.

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Life Sciences (preferential) or other relevant areas;
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken),
Good commercial and negotiation skills;
Excellent communication competencies and good social skills;
Determined, results driven and with strong teamwork capabilities, working cooperatively towards a common goal.
