Key Account Manager, Enterprise

This isn't just another sales role. You'll be our first dedicated enterprise hire in Germany, owning the full lifecycle from first conversation to long-term strategic partnership, and defining how Bahn Express approaches enterprise across Europe.

Who are we?

We're building Europe's fastest used-car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with buyers to deliver cars in 2–5 days, faster and cheaper than anyone in the market. Think Uber or Wolt, but for automotive logistics. The European car logistics market is worth €7 billion and still dominated by trucking companies taking 10–30 days to move a single vehicle. We replace that with a software-driven, driver-based network that's fully tracked and built for speed. Backed by top Nordic and European investors and the founders and operators behind Wolt, Swappie, and Smartly.

Germany is our #1 expansion market. It's where the €5M seed is being deployed, where our driver network is built out, and where we just crossed €100k MRR with the quarter still running.

Why this role, why now

After strong traction in the Nordics, we're expanding into Central Europe. We've already closed multiple enterprise-level deals in Germany. Now we need someone to take full ownership of scaling that segment. Germany is expected to become a major revenue driver within 12 months, and success here validates our GTM playbook across borders. You'll own strategy, influence product direction, and directly accelerate our ability to win the largest automotive players on the continent.

What you'll do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle in Germany, from prospecting through closing to strategic account growth
  • Lead complex, C-level negotiations and build long-term partnerships with high-value automotive customers
  • Shape enterprise strategy and influence product direction as we scale across Europe
  • Work closely with Jémaro (Regional Sales Lead), the 7-person team in Berlin and HQ in Finland to align on strategy and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with product and operations to ensure we deliver on what we sell

What we're looking for

  • Strong enterprise sales and/or key account management experience
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Commercially sharp, structured, and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
  • High-performance mindset and strong ownership
  • Bonus: background in startups, automotive, or logistics

Location, compensation, travel

You can be based anywhere in Germany, though we have a preference for Berlin and southern Germany. The role requires active travel to meet customers and attend industry events.

OTE €150k/year with a €90k base, and possibility for equity. This role is central to our growth, so we're open to a conversation. Don't let the numbers stop you from reaching out.
