Key Account Manager - Germany West

We are now looking for the right person to join us as Key Account Manager – Germany West . This is a home‑office position, and you must be located in the western part of Germany within ZIP codes starting with 34–36, 54–56 and 6.
You will become part of a highly skilled Middle Europe Sales organization of around 100 colleagues. Together with 9 other team members, you will report directly to Territory Sales Manager Germany South, Sabina Eibel. The team covers Southern Germany and collaborates closely with colleagues from End Customer Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Training, and Distribution.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within a selected portfolio of strategic and developing accounts. You will develop and execute business plans, set annual targets, monitor KPIs, and act as the primary point of contact between your accounts and Axis. Travel within the region and to Axis HQ in Sweden is a natural part of this role.
We’re looking for someone proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated by success. You should have strong commercial awareness, a genuine interest in technology, and experience in field sales. You’re structured, resourceful, and able to manage your own priorities. To fit in at Axis, you should be a true team player who enjoys achieving results through collaboration. You thrive in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment and are open‑minded, curious, and skilled at building strong internal and external relationships.
Experience with an indirect sales model in a similar security‑related role is a plus. However, the most important factors are your personality, drive, and mindset.
