Key Account Manager (KAM)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement key account (KA) growth strategies to support long-term business development.
  • Establish and maintain high-level key account relationships, drive strategic breakthroughs and ensure effective communication.
  • Deeply understand key accounts’ needs for smartphones and ecosystem products, and provide tailored solutions to generate new revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to implement promotion plans and formulate go-to-market strategies, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Track key sales data, monitor German market trends and competitors, and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 10 years of proven working experience in the consumer electronics, smartphone or IoT industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the German market, profound insights into German smartphone products, market rules and consumer demands.
  • Possess solid high-level customer resources and experience in maintaining and developing high-level key account relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and client expectation management capabilities.
