Key Account Manager (m/w/d) e-Commerce Amazon

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to strengthen our growing team in our Cologne office or at our headquarter in Mettlach. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales and profitability of our Villeroy & Boch brand in the Dining & Lifestyle division. This role is a key driver of our online success, focusing on increasing online availability, product presence, and brand awareness.

Your Tasks:

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage and oversee e-commerce activities on existing and new Amazon marketplaces within the EU9 region to maximize sales and profitability
  • Implement strategic online measures to increase online distribution, product availability and brand presence
  • Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs to identify optimization potential and adjust online strategies accordingly
  • Keep up to date with the latest Amazon platform updates, guidelines and best practices
  • Negotiate and manage contract with Amazon
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and analyze performance indicators, including sales, conversion rates, customer reviews and website traffic for each Amazon marketplace
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights for management with a focus on trends and improvement opportunities within the EU9 region
  • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis from Amazon markets

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Represent the customer perspective and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal teams on pricing strategies, promotions and product launches tailored to relevant markets
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, logistics and finance
  • Communicate proactively and cooperate with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in the above-mentioned areas
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
  • Experience with online tools such as Keepa
  • Proactive working style and high self-motivation
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
