Key Account Manager (Senior) Sales – Italian Market

Soft & Cloud is Europe's market leader in certified pre‑owned Microsoft licenses.

We are scaling our operations in Italy and looking for a senior sales professional to expand the Italian market — working alongside our existing Country Manager. This is a high‑autonomy role with a clear path to meaningful earnings for a strong sales profile who can both hunt new clients and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Hunt for new accounts and resellers across Italy, with a strong focus on mid‑size and large B2B clients.
  • Grow and develop existing accounts — expanding their software portfolio and building long‑term partnerships with resellers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact and qualification through negotiation to contract signing and follow‑up.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with Italian clients, both new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager Italy and the broader international team.

Your profile

  • Italian language fluency (mother‑tongue level) — English and/or German is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, software, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing mid‑size and large accounts with demonstrated revenue impact.
  • Solid understanding of IT procurement processes, including Microsoft licensing.
  • True hunter mentality — you are comfortable generating your own pipeline and closing independently.
  • Organised, client‑focused, and at ease managing the full sales cycle autonomously.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Based in Germany. Preferably Munich.
