Overview

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting new accounts to develop joint projects
  • Drive revenue and margin growth through consultative selling approaches
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer accounts
  • Coordinate resources across marketing, product, technical, and operational teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and services that fulfill customer needs
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to propose product improvements and enhancements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate customer and market needs

What We Hope You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales or key account management experience
  • Strong understanding of lighting technology or electrical systems
  • Fluently in English and German (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage
  • Strong direct sales and relationship-building capability
  • Specializing in close collaboration with end customers, retailers, OEMs, distributors
  • Proven success managing large, complex enterprise customers
