Preferred location: Dresden, Saxony area (remote).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement a customer account plan to achieve orders and revenue projections.
  • Identify and drive new opportunities to capture additional market share.
  • Develop and cultivate productive long‑term relationships with customer senior management and decision‑makers.
  • Work with sales management, marketing, and technical support teams to solve customer problems and maximize account penetration.
  • Provide business analytics, including account‑level forecasts and sales opportunity tracking against metrics.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or another technical degree.
  • First sales experience related to semiconductor manufacturing, chemical industries or a related industry.
  • Experience executing each stage of the sales process, from setting up sales calls to closing on opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and German.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%, mostly within Germany (and the EMEA region).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior experience with sales funnel management (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Understanding of Pall products and experience with filtration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
