Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence in repairs, replacements, and recalibrations on “Standard jobs” without supervision.
• Consistently delivers all operational responsibilities to contribute to team goals.
• May be allocated “Complex” jobs if accompanied by an Expert, Lead, Supervisor, or Team Leader.
• May learn and perform flat glass cutting as needed.
• Carries out core customer service activities, communicating effectively by understanding and responding to customer needs to deliver great service.
• Finds appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS).
• Understands company policies and procedures and complies with them.
• Understands and works towards branch and personal KPIs.
• May mentor and support other team members.
