- The role holder demonstrates competence in all role requirements (repair,
replace, recalibration and flat glass cutting) and consistently delivers all
operational responsibilities to contribute to team goals - Works independently on any type of vehicle without supervision or support
from a team leader - Delivers great customer service by understanding and responding to all
customer needs, managing expectations and balancing priorities - Finds appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and
Services (VAPS) - Role models proactive engagement in complying with all policies, standards,
and procedures with particular focus on the management of Health and
Safety compliance - Proactively contributes to engaging the team in meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Mentors and supports other technicians
