We are Café Gude Patisserie, a family‑owned bakery since 1932, seeking a qualified Konditor/in (m/w/d) for a full‑time position based in Wiesbaden‑Dotzheim. Responsibilities

• Prepare cakes, pastries, pralines and fine baked goods.
• Design and bake custom wedding cakes and other special orders.
• Ensure product quality, cleanliness and compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
• Support product development and new recipe creation.
• Assist with daily bakery operations.

Requirements

• Completed training as Konditor/in or relevant professional experience.
• Creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
• Passion for pastry and high‑quality ingredients.
