KYC/AML Compliance Officer (gn)

This Second Line of Defence position plays a key role in protecting the organisation against financial crime by defining the bank’s KYC and AML framework and ensuring its effective implementation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Definition and implementation of internal rules and guidelines (EU-AML)
• Manage KYC risks
• Development and continuous improvement of the risk analysis
• Improve processes using agile methods in agile projects

Professional and Personal Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Law or Law
• 3+ years in Correspondent Banking, Trade Finance, Compliance or KYC
• Strong knowledge of Compliance/KYC/AML laws, compliance risk and documentation standards
• Project management and agile methods experience
• Fluent in English and German
