About the role

• Responsible for planning and preparation of inverse emulsion polymers.
• Responsible for the development of recipes and the polymerization processes.
• Execute, evaluate (e.g., storage stability) lab samples and document lab work.
• Develop new test methods and/or establish methods for storage stability & performance evaluation of inverse emulsion products.
• Collaborate with other company divisions and locations as needed (e.g., production, EH&S, process technology).

Skills & Abilities

• Successfully completed education as Laboratory Technician and 3–5 years of laboratory experience, including radical copolymerization reactions.
• Good knowledge of polymer synthesis processes.
• Knowledge of emulsion/precipitation polymerization is a plus.
• Experience supervising trainees.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Flexible and willing to work internationally and cross‑culturally.
