Last-mile delivery procurement

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and introducing last-mile delivery resources in Europe.
• Lead business negotiations, cost estimation, and performance evaluation, ensuring high-quality delivery operations in collaboration with the operations team.
• Design and manage commercial partnership models and contract structures aligned with business processes.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage English-language contracts to ensure full compliance and performance execution.
• Oversee resource management and portfolio optimization, introducing innovative resource allocation strategies.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in contract logistics, resource management, or last-mile operations.
• Experience in last-mile delivery management or 3PL warehouse operations is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in enterprise logistics procurement or resource management (client-side roles), or from major logistics companies such as DHL, USPS, or FedEx, are strongly preferred.
• 2. Strong English communication and negotiation skills, with solid knowledge of commercial negotiation and cost analysis.
• 3. Highly detail-oriented and responsible, with strong pressure resilience, problem-solving ability, and strategic business planning skills.
